My room was spacious and trendy with coffee, a large king bed, for instance. The service was good, the food was delicious. The facilities were modern and easy to use. The outdoor bar was splendid...

A good surprise at breakfast
The breakfast was a feast of flavors with fresh ingredients. I loved the attentive staff and the cozy ambiance made mornings a joy. The location's proximity to shopping was a bonus.
Despite the wonderful start, the air conditioner in our room struggled to keep us cool at night, made for some uncomfortable moments.

The hotel is hip and funky and the rooms are modern and impeccably designed. The bed was large and luxurious and the sheets must have a very high thread count as they were incredibly soft. My favorite part may be the bathroom and shower. So smartly designed, excellent use of lights, and there was no sign of wear and tear.
The thing I didn't like about the hotel is they charge for wifi. I know there are a lot of hotels that do this and it may be a lucrative revenue stream for them but I find this practice very inhospitable. I would rather pay a few euros more for the room and get free unlimited wii-fi.

This is what stood out
The location was perfect for shopping and dining, and the staff were warm and cute, especially with an early check-in. The Superior Twin Room was spacious with a comfortable bed-ideal for rest after exploring. Breakfast offered a variety of options to kick-start our day. Definitely a nice experience!

Nice terrace to have drinks and good bathrooms with Hermes soap, etc. The people at the reception and concierge are very quick and friendly.
The Superior Double Room is very, very small and I got only one towel a day. (Although I was staying alone I paid for two to have more "comfort" in the room; I don't two people will enjoy staying in this room.) The 3rd day I was staying in the hotel I saw on top of my night table, after returning from my work, some Quatar money! Very mysterious. I had to wait very long for my breakfast, about 20 minutes. I left and paid (in stead of € 30,-) "only" € 7,- for some tea and fruitjuice. The food for roomservice is very poor.

The rooms and service are impeccable. All staff are very willing, friendly, and attentive. The atmosphere in the rooms and lobby is very inviting yet modern. The location is fabulous - right in heart of upscale shopping, and a short walk (5 to 10 minutes) to museums, parks and the historic area of Brussels. I honestly can not think of one thing I would change. If the Sofitel is within your reach pricewise I would highly reccomend it.

This hotel lives up to the brand Sofitel: luxurious, very friendly staff, trendy, immaculate from lobby to rooms down to the smallest detail, very comfortable beds. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.
Rather small rooms compared to other Sofitel hotels and no bath (even the deluxe room where I slept). However, the design of the rooms is very efficient and the spacious rainshower made me forget about the missing bath. Location: in a shopping area and very close to a metro station, but a 25 minute walk from the Grand Place (if you're in good shape). One more thing: internet access is not included in the price (even though on Booked.net, it was indicated that this was included).

Absolutely loved my stay! The room layout was faultless, with super comfy beds and plenty of space for luggage. I especially appreciated the lighting in the bathroom, which is often lacking in hotels. The location is great, nestled in a nice shopping area with plenty of restaurants nearby. An excellent experience that really exceeded my expectations.

Strategically located in the city. Sightseeing places, eateries and shopping centers are nearby - within walking distance. So are the parks and palace. Comfortable hotel to stay too.
The water in the sink doesnt flow very well. Maybe it is time to do some maintenance work to the sink. It would be great if the hotel could provide free airport transfers to and fro (or if not, at very special discounted rates for hotel guests). That would be great!
